Visual Merchandise Manager

Role description: Lead and trained a team of Visual Merchandiser in execution of weekly projects and visual initiative according to corporate guidelines inclusive of merchandise placement and mannequin styling. Coordinated floor sets and fixture changes utilizing seasonal and promotional store calendars to create visual displays demonstrating proper knowledge of current fashion trends and designers. Exceeded corporate expectations in resolving visual issues and partnered with store manager to review sales reports in order to apply appropriate visual tactics to positively impact future sales and meet goals. Participated with new store opening Visual Team in creating grand opening visual displays.
