Role description: District team leader in selling behaviors and store visual initiatives, spearheading concepts and promotions for execution in all district stores. Assisted General Manager in all store operations which include training style specialists to customer service excellence and core competencies, recruiting top performing talent, and driving sales for the highest volume location in the region. Coaches and trains teams in visual execution, brand right concepts, and merchandise flow processes that result in high productivity and sales impact. Chosen to participate in local New Store Openings, curating shops and creating store visual displays for grand opening sales.
